We provide mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services for the construction industry including municipal, institutional/schools, health care, public facilities, industrial, commercial, retail. Mechanical engineering services include Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Controls, Plumbing and Fire Protection. Electrical engineering services include Power, Lighting, Life Safety and Communications.

MECHANICAL
Leanne Skribe, P. Eng.
President
Professional Engineering Designation since 1997.
Consulting Designation since 2010.
Leanne has worked in the Mechanical and Electrical field for 22 years. Her experience is well diversified among all mechanical and electrical disciplines and she has experience in both design and installation (consulting and contracting experience). Her attention to detail provides for precise working drawings and Client satisfaction.
Project Responsibilities: Principal/Senior Engineer throughout project, overseeing all aspects.
Jeff Greer, P. Eng.
Senior Project Engineer
Engineering experience since 1999, Professional Engineer since 2011.
Jeff has over 20 years of experience with mechanical design and construction projects. His keen attention to details results in strong designs and ensures the client’s requirements and best interests are served.
Project Responsibilities: Senior Engineer with involvement throughout all aspects of projects, from initial consultation to construction completion.
Brad Timson, P. Eng.
Project Engineer
Brad has over 10 years of varied, mechanical design experience and provides a practical minded, detail-oriented approach to each project. He is well versed in HVAC design standards and codes applicable to mechanical building services for commercial, institutional and healthcare facilities, and has undertaken numerous projects for each.
Project Responsibilities: Mechanical Engineer with responsibilities from initial project conception though to construction closeout.
Brandon Trepanier, B. Eng. (E.I.T.)
Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical Engineer-in-Training with a strong aptitude for mechanical systems.
Project Responsibilities: Brandon provides key project support to senior enigneers with HVAC load calculations, site assessments, construction field reviews and mechanical system design in both CAD and BIM workflows.
Mike Ferrara, B. Eng. (E.I.T.)
Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical Engineer-in-Training with several years of mechanical consulting experience, in both multi-unit residential and the commercial building sector.
Project Responsibilities: Conducting field reviews and supporting projects with HVAC load calculations, energy modeling, equipment selections / specifications and detailed design work for both plumbing and HVAC systems.
ELECTRICAL
Luigi Conforti, P. Eng.
Senior Electrical Engineer
Professional Engineer Designation since 2017. Engineering experience since 2011, installation experience 2009-2011. Luigi has electrical experience with engineering and hands-on installation work in the field.
Project Responsibilities: Senior Electrical Engineer; design, tender administration; construction administration
Darnell Parris, B.Sc. (E.I.T.)
Electrical Engineering
Engineering experience since 2016.
Project Responsibilities: Electrical Engineering including design, tender administration and construction administration.
DRAFTING
Matthew Coffee
Senior Draftsman
Matt has over 20 years’ experience in AutoCAD drafting. Matt leads the AutoCAD department and is also involved with site audits. Project Responsibilities: Senior Draftsman responsible for drafting.
RYAN COLLARD
Certified Engineering Technologist
Ryan has 3 years experience as an electrical designer with experience in commercial, industrial and institutional buildings designing normal and emergency power distribution, communication, life safety, fire alarm, and lighting systems.
Project Responsibilities: Assist engineers in electrical design and drafting.
ADMINISTRATION
Juli Cluett
Office Manager/Project Administrator
Project Responsibilities: Project Administration, responsible for all administrative duties throughout all stages of projects. Juli also assists with drafting where required.
Carol Morton
Accounting/Bookkeeping
Carol has over 20 years of business administration and management experience within Retail/Sales and Professional Services organizations. She is proficient with contemporary business accounting software and keeps up-to-date through continuing education and ongoing professional development.
Primary Responsibilities: Accounting and bookkeeping (payable/receivable), payroll, remittances, tax slip preparation, banking.
